Wu Wande, head of the Hutouzhen Team of Ruisui Station, was appointed as the 19th mayor of Ruisui Township. He took office on December 25, 2011. Director Zhang attended the inauguration ceremony to congratulate Mayor Wu. In his speech, he thanked Mayor Wu for his contribution to water conservancy work in the past two years.
